7. As an ESL teacher, I aim to create an interactive environment where learning is social and engaging. I challenge students to do their best while providing scaffolding that connects new knowledge with what they already know. I believe learning English can be fun and serve as a tool to understand the world, not just a subject to study in class. By fostering motivation and cooperative learning, I help students apply English as a bridge to global understanding.
