班級經營理念：

1. 保持學習的熱誠，從生活中學習，認真學，認真玩。
2. 擁有善良的心與負責任的態度
3. 凡事盡力，做就對了！
4. My goal is to foster a positive connection between the students and learning English, setting them up for a successful language learning journey, wherever it may take them.
5. To promote good behaviour and participation, I usually divide the class into teams in order to create some friendly competition, with less homework being the reward. 
6. I hope my students gain the skills and confidence to speak English, and to not be afraid to make mistakes… not just score well on written tests.
