班級經營理念：

1. 1.    快樂學習 —— 每一天都帶著笑容學新知識，勇敢發問，不怕錯誤。
2. 2.    互相幫助 —— 我們是一個團隊，彼此照顧，學會合作。
3. 3.    尊重守規 —— 尊重同學與老師，遵守班級約定，做一個有禮貌的小學生。
4. 4.    勇於挑戰 —— 碰到困難不退縮，嘗試各種方法解決問題。
5. 5.    愛護環境 —— 保持教室整潔，珍惜物品，做地球小小守護者。
6. There are two wolves inside of every teacher. One wolf is calm, gentle, and understanding when students struggle to understand and pay attention. 
   The other wolf wants respect and to get the students to take responsibility for their learning. So, which wolf will I feed?
    I choose both.

我們的目標：

1.  「在三年級，我們要成為快樂、自信、懂得關心別人的小小學習家！
