4. I believe children are our future. My role as the teacher is to assist each child in developing their own potential and learning styles, guiding them to the paths.
   I believe that mutual respect is essential in building relationships and enhancing learning. My aim is to create a peaceful and happy learning atmosphere to encourage students to express themselves in English.
